CEIL is a Pan-African leader in renewable energy, with over 90MW of completed distributed solar projects and 200MW in development across Central and Sub-Saharan Africa. We specialize in utility-scale and commercial solar PV systems, hybrid solar-diesel microgrids, battery storage (BESS), and off-grid electrification. Our in-house EPC team delivers full project lifecycle services—from design and engineering to construction and long-term maintenance. Through partnerships with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), we structure Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), equity, and concessional debt financing for projects above 15MW in frontier markets such as Zimbabwe, Chad, DRC, CAR, and Somalia. CEIL’s renewable energy division supports national electrification goals, drives climate resilience, and brings clean, reliable power to underserved regions across Africa.
