CEIL delivers comprehensive Facility Management solutions across East Africa through its subsidiary, One Facilities Management Africa Limited (One FM), an integrated facilities management company providing environmentally friendly cleaning and support services.

Established in 2013 on the core principles of integrity, transparency, flexibility, co-operation, and quality service. One FM operates with an open-door policy that ensures directors and managers remain continuously reachable to discuss opportunities, evaluate projects, and drive continuous improvement, all while maintaining a safe working environment for employees, clients, and all who depend on their services
One FM functions under a single, unified and outsourced team of experts, with the intention of reducing costs, increasing quality, efficiency and dealing with one service provider as opposed to several. One FM therefore comprises of both the Soft Facilities Management and Hard Facilities Management divisions, allowing for complete integration.

Our Genesis

2013

Company Establishment

Founded and incorporated as a cleaning service provider.

2019

Service Expansion

Expanded to encompass additional allied services, including pest control, gardening and landscaping, and waste management.

2021

Facilities & Maintenance Integration

Customized our offerings to meet customer needs by incorporating hard facilities and maintenance services, including electrical works, solar PV works, plumbing, HVAC, gas systems, and water metres.

2025

Integrated Manpower Solutions

Supplied skilled personnel or manpower and evolved into a comprehensive integrated service provider.
